Ms. Cruz-Quintanilla aka “the Funnel Cake Lady” was recognized locally in both media and print for her leading role as a small business entrepreneur in Guam - dba: Scrumptious Guam.
Ms Cruz-Quintanilla was born and raised in Guam allowing her first-hand knowledge of the culture, people and traditions. She has lived and worked on the U.S. mainland and in Okinawa for 3 years gaining knowledge of the Japanese and Okinawan language and culture. In addition, her multicultural skills continue to allow her to communicate in the Chamorro and Korean languages.
